Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S. and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the country. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards while traveling nationwide.

- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required, with 80% of your time away or 17‑21 days at a time, depending on project workload.
SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000 plus performance‑based bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area

- Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing achievements, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, support the Open‑Door Policy, and guide application of ethics and integrity in business processes.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, implement effective practices, monitor progress, and adapt to change and new responsibilities.
