Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd shift

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift Tufting Team in Cartersville, GA. In this key role, you’ll drive a culture centered on safety, quality, and team development while ensuring our teams produce the high‑performance carpet tile Shaw is known for.

You’ll partner closely with plant leadership and HR, coach and support associates, and strengthen teamwork through clear communication and problem‑solving. Manufacturing Supervisor – 3rd shift

• Partnership with Plant Management, Human Resources, and all Team Members will be vital.
• Team Manager will act as a facilitator to aid associates in examining and improving the ways in which they work together to achieve better results.
• This will be accomplished through managing group and one‑to‑one discussions, applying coaching and corrective action when necessary, and communicating the goals and direction of the team.
• This position should also develop and maintain a firm working knowledge of the carpet manufacturing processes and the equipment and procedures it contains.

• 4‑year degree or High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years’ leadership experience
• Tufting/Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
