An established U.S. manufacturer of custom HVAC and data center cooling equipment is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor to lead second‑shift operations in a growing production environment. This role oversees daily fabrication activities, supports safety and quality performance, and works closely with planning, assembly, and maintenance to keep production moving on schedule. The position is based in the Cartersville, GA and follows a four 10‑hour day schedule on second shift.

• Have strong experience leading people in a sheet metal fabrication environment and can keep a team focused on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Can read blueprints, understand technical drawings, and help operators produce parts that meet engineering requirements.
• Know fabrication equipment such as press brakes, punches, welders, folders, lasers, and CNC machines, and can troubleshoot problems on the floor.
• Are the kind of hands‑on leader who communicates well across shifts and works with planning, assembly, and maintenance to solve problems quickly.

A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification preferred, plus solid experience in sheet metal fabrication within manufacturing. You should also bring prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting and be comfortable supervising people, equipment, quality, and workflow on a production shift.
