Material Handler
Location:
Cartersville, GA 30121
Required Skills:
- Experience with quality and/or quality control required (must be shown in work history)
- Experience with basic computer functions, MS Office required
Responsibilities:
- Performs quality material inspections against kind, count, and condition.
- Reviews packaging and paperwork to ensure accuracy to contract requirements.
- Records inspection information via manual data entry into computer-based database.
- Works under specific direction of Lockheed Martin personnel.
- Maintains precise inventory records, supports traceability and compliance, and upholds all safety and regulatory standards throughout the handling process.
- Documents and flags non-conforming material.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mostly part-time position. Hour expectation could vary between 15-35 hours but there will be occasions when 40 is available. On site job position, no telecommuting.
- Candidates local to the Cartersville area or within 30 mile radius preferred.
