Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd shift

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to support a 2nd shift manufacturing process at a success facility in Cartersville, GA. This position will manage a 2nd shift team as they strive to produce quality carpet tile in an accident‑free environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, and team development.

8‑hour non‑rotating shift. HRS fall to in punch day, observed calendar. Shift starts PM.

• Partner with Plant Management, Human Resources, and all Team Members to improve teamwork and results.
• Facilitate group and one‑to‑one discussions, applying coaching and corrective action when necessary.
• Communicate goals and direction of the team.
• Develop and maintain a firm working knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.

• 4‑year degree or High School Diploma/GED and leadership experience.
• Leadership experience within the most recent 5 years.
