Follow established routings and procedures and accurately complete all associated production paperwork;
Perform inspections of all welded manufactured parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications, dimensional tolerances, and quality standards;
Adjust welding setups and parameters as needed to achieve proper fit, finish, and compliance with engineering requirements;
Set, monitor, and maintain proper weld temperatures to ensure strong, reliable welds and prevent defects;
Maintain weld guns and wire feeders in good working condition, including routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
