Registered Nurse - Stepdown/Telemetry
Schedule:

Requirements:
- RN licensure in GA or Compact State
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Stepdown/Telemetry unit
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Skills in vascular access, respiratory support, and post-procedure cardiac care
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a telemetry/step-down setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings, interpreting dysrhythmias as needed.
- Administer medications and IV therapies, including titration of cardiac drips.
- Execute care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and respond to patient needs efficiently.
- Participate in emergency response situations as required, including code team interventions.
Compliance / Notes:
- Must finalize all time-off requests at submission (max of 7 days).
- Compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start.
- Full compliance required to start on time.
