• Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed
• No schedule change requests or alternate shift arrangements are permitted
• Local candidates are accepted for this position

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current certifications must be on file and active at time of consideration
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg RN experience required

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO maximum is 7 days; RTO cannot be requested during the first week of the assignment
• Holiday coverage policy: if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work all of them; if three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of them – major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Travelers must be away from all facilities within this health system for a minimum of one full year before returning as a traveler
• Two supervisory references (manager level or above; charge nurses not accepted) are highly preferred
