• Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines).
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean care environment.

• Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Minimum one year of RN experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
• Valid PPD skin test.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours), bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility (lift up to 50 pounds).
• Fine motor skills for clinical tasks.
