Qualifications & Skills- Graduation from a nursing program
- Eligible as a new graduate
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
- Hospital experience and bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced certifications in specialty areas are advantageous
- Assess, plan, and deliver patient care
- Maintain practice standards and organizational policies
- Coordinate and oversee care activities of staff
- Demonstrate accountability and professional growth
