Pro Health Home Health and Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician orders and the plan of care under supervision.
Responsibilities include initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, planning and revising care, coordinating services, counseling patients and families, and participating in inservice programs. Requires GA RN licensure; 2 years experience preferred; on-call nights/weekends/holidays may be required.
