Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Cartersville, GA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from the first inquiry through closing. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Sales expertise, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and support team growth and performance
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Proficient in CRM tools and technology, with attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the cabinetry, home improvement, or manufacturing industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus
