About UsWe are a cabinet manufacturing company with 25+ years of production experience.
In 2026, we launched our own US distribution warehouse to sell our branded cabinet products directly to the market.
This is an early-stage operation — small team, real inventory, real responsibility.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and help build the sales foundation
, not just take orders.
This is not a traditional sales rep role
.
You will work closely with the US business lead to:
- Develop early-stage sales activities
- Identify the right customer types
- Turn real market feedback into a repeatable sales process
This role offers
hands-on experience, high exposure, and long-term growth potential as the business scales.
- Develop and manage B2B customers (showrooms, contractors, small builders, etc.)
- Conduct in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Support the full sales cycle: lead → quote → order → delivery coordination
- Gather and communicate market feedback (pricing, objections, customer needs)
- Assist in building early sales tools: pitch logic, quoting process, customer qualification
- Work closely with warehouse and operations to ensure smooth fulfillment
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in cabinets, building materials, construction, or related industries - Comfortable working in a small team and early-stage environment
- Willing to be hands-on and proactive in developing customers
- Able to handle ambiguity and learn quickly
- Strong communication skills and sense of ownership
- Interest in long-term growth rather than short-term commission only
