Service Master Cleaning & Restoration - Cartersville, GA

Are you looking to transition into a rewarding career? This role offers an introductory position assisting our Certified Water Technicians with restoration and specialized cleaning. Proven apprentices will be eligible for company‑paid training and certification under IICRC guidelines, a company truck, more responsibilities, and higher pay after 6 months once a proven track record is established.

We perform emergency cleanup after fire and water losses, remediation of mold, carpet cleaning, and bio‑hazard cleanup. A certified water technician must know how to calculate drying equipment needs, use our Drying Workbook software, track work, and document progress.

• Assist Certified Water Technicians with restoration and specialized cleaning.
• Calculate drying equipment requirements and use Drying Workbook software to track work performed.
• Work independently at different locations and collaborate with team members to accomplish goals.
• Adhere to safety and industry best practices.

• Strong knowledge of basic hand tools and construction best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Subject to a pre‑employment background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime; 24‑hour emergency service.
