MJC Inc is seeking a 1st Line Service Technician to support customers after the sale, troubleshoot HVAC units, assist with startups, and lead maintenance and warranty guidance in the field.
The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, up to 15–20% travel to client sites, and collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. A vocational or associate degree in a related field plus 5 years of HVAC experience is preferred.
