- Electrical experience preferred. Classified Position, 240 Days, pay grade (M7-Craftsman I), with hourly rate depending upon relevant work experience. Maintenance Supervisor

To perform general maintenance jobs under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Assists other technicians and sub-contractors as needed.
• Assists in estimating labor and material costs associated with repairs or replacement projects
• Completes and maintains all required paperwork; maintains and submits accurate and complete records of all work orders.
• Maintains all tools related to the position.
• Accepts full responsibility for maintaining and operating a system vehicle, if provided.
• Is accessible and considered to be on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Adheres to all School Board policies and procedures and demonstrates professional and ethical practices in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the job.
• Complies with any reasonable oral or written request of the Maintenance Supervisor, his/her designee, or other appropriate district administrator.
• Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality.

High school diploma or GED with relevant training and/or experience;
Holds a valid Georgia motor vehicle operator's license;
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
