    Full-time, with standard shifts of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Your New Role
  • Work as an HVAC Service Technician in Cartersville, Georgia.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

  • Apply relevant residential or commercial HVAC experience to accurately identify system issues and complete repairs.

  • Work safely and effectively in residential environments, including attics and crawl spaces.

  • Use HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify system performance and identify the source of problems.

  • Follow established diagnostic and service procedures instead of relying on assumptions.

  • Complete HVAC repairs with a focus on accuracy, workmanship, safety, and long-term system performance.

  • Document service findings and completed work accurately using service software and mobile technology.

  • Explain HVAC system conditions, repair options, and installation options clearly to homeowners.

  • Provide recommendations based on verified system conditions and customer needs.

  • Use diagnostic technology and service platforms as part of your daily workflow, including tools such as Job Link Bluetooth tools, Measure Quick, and Service Titan.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers, coworkers, and company leadership.

  • Take ownership of assigned HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion.
