Fogelman is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Arcadia Cartersville in Northwest Atlanta. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance in multifamily communities and can lead a team while performing hands-on upkeep, with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
Proficiency with property software such as Yardi and Happy Co is a plus; HVAC and CPO certifications are required. A valid driver’s license is also required.
