Hotshot Driver - Class A License

Position Overview

Copart, Inc. is a global technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform. We are currently looking for hotshot transport drivers to join our Flex Force team. These drivers will operate Class A trucks equipped with 5‑car trailers, moving vehicles between Copart facilities and assisting in catastrophe response events across the country.

• Travel nationally on short notice, sometimes for extended periods.
• Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to designated Copart facilities.
• Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage.
• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Commit to safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain Hours of Service logs.
• Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management in support of daily operations.

• Minimum of 1 year car‑hauling experience.
• Class A driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• Must meet background‑screening criteria.
• Ready to work long hours (12+ hours per day, if needed).
• Able to travel with 24‑hour or less notice and by airplane when required.
• Capable of working in extreme conditions, weather, and terrain.

• Piece‑rate‑based pay with potential to earn $75,000+ per year.
• Top performers can earn $100,000+ per year.
• Hourly rate of $24.60 when not driving.
