We are a cabinet manufacturing company with over 20 years of production experience.
In 2026, we launched our own US distribution warehouse to sell our branded cabinet products directly to the market.
This is an early-stage operation — small team, real inventory, real responsibility.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and help build the sales foundation
, not just take orders.
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. This role involves leading warehouse staff, improving operational processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and shipping documentation.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, and Transportation to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products.
- Ensure all safety procedures comply with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Enforce compliance with industry regulations and internal company standards.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and operational efficiency to management.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations of cabinets, building materials, construction, or related industries
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingual skills preferred;
Spanish/Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
