Shift E: Mon - Fri(8am : 5pm)

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
• Confirm and reconcile monthly inventory for the internal raw material warehouse, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Follow up on customer requests related to raw material inventory stored in the warehouse, providing timely updates, availability confirmations, and required documentation.

• Warehouse MHE experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
• Proficiency in Korean is required
