We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations
, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes
. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety protocols
, and experience in inventory management and warehouse logistics

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations
, including inbound and outbound logistics,
inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
. - Enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
. - Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics
, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. - Stay up to date with industry trends, warehouse technology advancements, and best practices
. - Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred
. - Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred
. - Strong written and verbal communication skills
. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
. - Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required
.
