• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle; travel within the area 25%–50% of the day
• Strong technical aptitude, including using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (or up to 35 lbs for certain duties)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
• Eye for detail and excellent follow‑up practices
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Must be punctual with a good attendance record
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a diverse work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses a high degree of initiative and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule on various shifts
• Valid forklift operator’s license (certified)
• One year or more related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours of production
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned
