As a Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, delivering data‑driven insights and collaborating cross‑functionally to support customer and business needs. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by being responsible for leading strategic customer partnerships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.

what will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue and margin growth targets with key customer accounts
    , serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with customers on sales forecasts
    , demand planning, and business reviews
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively adjust plans based on customer or market changes
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
    , sharing insights with leadership
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, pricing analyses, and presentations using Excel and Word
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, contracts, forecasts, and customer documentation
  • Work cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and customer service to support customer needs
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in strategic
    sales role or key account management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word for professional documentation and reporting
  • Experience working with customer forecasts and demand planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
Things we consider a plus:
  • Experience managing national or strategic accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Background in forecasting, pricing analysis, or market analysis
