ACCESS Family Care is seeking a bilingual Dental Patient Service Representative Float to support our dental clinics by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position travels between clinic locations as needed and serves as an important first point of contact for patients.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and scheduling skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Provide coverage and support at multiple dental clinic locations
