Perform evaluations and treatments as needed while ensuring the highest quality of care. Write clear, realistic, measurable goals specific to individual patient needs. Treat patients with respect, dignity, and privacy. Motivate patients to participate in therapy. Use creative therapy interventions tailored to patients' interests and needs to achieve positive outcomes and progress.
Participate as an interdisciplinary team member to determine patient needs and develop care plans. Accurately document qualitative and quantitative data on patient progress within designated time frames. Demonstrate effective use of the computer system, adhering to company policies.
If applying for an Outpatient position, you must possess an active AHA (American Heart Association) CPR certification.
