Location: Memorial Med Spa (Carthage, IL)

The Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered aesthetic and wellness services in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting. This role combines clinical expertise, aesthetic skills, and exceptional customer service to deliver safe, effective treatments while educating patients and supporting practice growth through product and service recommendations.

• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with scope of practice, training, and medical director protocols, including but not limited to:
  • Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
  • Dermal fillers
  • IV hydration therapy
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Facials
  • Wellness/Weight loss injections (B12, lipotropic, etc.)
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and realistic outcomes
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Proficient in utilizing Repeat
  
  MD app and Alle loyalty program to assist patients with memberships, rewards, promotions, and purchases
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term patient relationships
• Confidently educate patients on skincare, supplements, and services
• Recommend appropriate retail products and treatment plans based on patient needs
• Communicate current promotions, memberships, and packages
• Adhere to all state nursing regulations, medical director protocols, and clinic policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of medical supplies and injectables
• Collaborate with providers, front desk staff, and management to ensure seamless patient flow
• Participate in ongoing education, training sessions, team meetings, and Med Spa Events
• Support clinic goals related to patient retention, revenue growth, and quality outcomes

Services performed based on training, certification, and state scope of practice

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• IV therapy proficiency or willingness to train
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive, patient-focused demeanor

• Aesthetic or cosmetic nursing experience
• 1-2 years of nursing experience
• Experience with EMR systems
• Sales confidence with a patient-first approach
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines and supplements
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetic environment
