Primary Functions:
Under supervision, technicians provide onsite support to network users, set up hardware, configure and install software and drivers, maintain and repair equipment and peripheral devices, and provide secondary support to department members.

General Responsibilities:

• Offer timely technical support and assist stakeholders in the utilization of technology components.
• Maintain, install, and manage hardware, software, peripherals, etc.
• Facilitate implementation of technologies selected by educators.
• Assist in the installation of network and management components.
• Manage security options to maintain privacy and protection.
• Perform regular upgrades and updates.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
• Detailed knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Proven experience as computer technician or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Proficient troubleshooting sufficient for installation and repair.

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
