Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

2:00 pm – Close, 45‑hour rotating 3‑week schedule

Hourly: $16.00 – $16.50 (annual: $42,500 – $44,500)

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45 hours per week.

• Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow practices/procedures.
• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 21 years old.
