Maintenance Technician

Role Description

We are hiring an evening shift full-time Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Joplin, MO. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks also include inspecting machinery, troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain an efficient workflow.

• Experience with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with reading technical manuals, schematics, and equipment blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Physical capability to perform the duties, including lifting and operating machinery.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred but not required.
