Job Description:Sanitation Technician
SWMO-04B - $23.50 - $27.71
Schedule:Friday: 7 p m-7 a m
Saturday: 7 p m-7 a m
Sunday: 7 p m-7 a m
Position PurposeWork with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures related to this position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages by contacting appropriate leadership. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in ensuring proper operation and production.
Record accurate data on MSS and Log reports daily.
This is a full-time position to support plant sanitation duties. Major responsibilities include MSS tasks, tearing down production equipment, full 7-step cleanups of production rooms, assembly of production equipment, and startup of production equipment.
Essential Functions(Follow guidelines carefully when completing this section to ensure ADA compliance).
Ability to read and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
Ability to operate power cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
Ability to perform all tasks in a safe manner.
