Spot Welder | 2nd Shift

Join our team as our Spot Welder! Your role willbe to preparefixture component parts for assembly by welding the corners of fixture components.

• Monday–Thursday |3:30pm – 3:00am
• $17-21/hour starting pay

• Load welding jig with raw parts, weld corners, and unload after welding
• Place welded parts into containers for move to assembly operations

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English
• Capable of reading and using diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge of welding techniques and tooling
• This position is deemed safety-sensitive

• Job tasks require physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Must be capable of performing to the criteria presented in the position’s Job Analysis, including requirements for frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling parts, components, or materials that vary in weight. Some tasks may require assistance of other persons and/or mechanical devices
• Must comply with all policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures, including proper use and care of Personal Protective Equipment, maintaining the work area and equipment, and demonstrating a proactive mindset for identifying and addressing safety concerns to ensure a safe working environment
