Location: Aspire Senior Living Carthage - Carthage, MO Shifts: PART-TIME DAYS, PART-TIME EVENING & PART-TIME NIGHTS available!
* Day, Evening, Night & Weekend Shift Differential Pay available!
Aspire Senior Living Carthage seeking a compassionate, dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.
Charge Nurse (LPN/RN)Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments
- Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents and families
- Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Missouri license.
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
