• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medication, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Participate in staff training programs and in‑service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.

• Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
• Experience working in a long‑term care/senior living or related field.
• Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role.

• Competitive hourly rate: $27.50 - $32 hourly
• Up to $3 shift differential available
• Part‑time schedule with rotating weekends
