Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a Local contract basis. As a valued member of our care team,
Certified Nursing Assistant Contract will play a critical role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents at our Carthage, Missouri community. We are committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch and strive to deliver exceptional care and service in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses and other healthcare team members
• Assist with vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and guests

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Note: This position is intended for local contract Contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
