Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff
- Assist with vital signs, feeding, and ambulation
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
