Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Part‑time. Available shifts:
Mid‑Shift, Closing.
