This is a full-time on-site role located in Kansas City, MO, for an Armed Security Guard. The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting property access points, responding to alarms or incidents, and reporting suspicious activities. The role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure property and personnel security.

• Familiarity with security protocols and experience in conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents
• Proficiency in communication, reporting, and writing detailed incident reports
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Strong physical fitness and ability to perform duties such as standing for extended periods, walking, and quick response to potential threats
• Valid firearms permit/license and knowledge of safe firearms handling
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus
• Previous experience in armed security or a related field is preferred
