• Collect residential and commercial waste with efficiency and care
• Safely operate rear‑load trucks, poly‑carts, and dumpsters
• Navigate neighborhoods and city streets while keeping a steady route
• Return receptacles to proper locations and clean up any spills
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

• 4‑day workweek — more time for family, friends, and life
• $19–$22 per hour

• CDL‑B required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate large vehicles in residential and commercial areas
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of the truck repeatedly
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic truck mechanic knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and a team‑first mindset
