- Coordinate daily replenishment activities to ensure sufficient stock availability in pick locations.
- Monitor WMS replenishment triggers, min/max levels, and system alerts.
- Prioritise replenishment tasks based on outbound demand, order waves, and service commitments.
- Ensure replenishment moves are executed accurately and within required time frames.
- Ensure correct stock movements between reserve, bulk, and pick locations.
- Investigate and resolve replenishment-related discrepancies, shortages, or system variances.
- Support cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations related to replenishment activity.
- Escalate recurring inventory issues or risks to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Liaise with inbound, inventory control, outbound, and customer service teams to align replenishment priorities.
- Communicate replenishment constraints, risks, or delays impacting outbound fulfilment.
- Support operational planning during peak volumes, promotions, or new product launches.
- Ensure replenishment activities comply with client SOPs, internal procedures, and site health & safety requirements.
- Maintain safe, organised, and accessible pick and reserve locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve replenishment efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor replenishment performance against agreed productivity and accuracy KPIs.
- Prepare or support replenishment‑related reports and performance data.
- Contribute improvement ideas to reduce stock‑outs, rework, and manual interventions.
- Provide operational guidance to operators performing replenishment tasks.
- Support training of new staff on replenishment processes and systems.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Experience in a warehouse or contract logistics environment, ideally within e‑commerce fulfilment.
- Practical knowledge of replenishment processes and inventory flow.
- Strong working knowledge of WMS systems.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, volume‑driven environment.
- Reach truck / fork lift licence required
- Ability to work in a multi shift schedule with weekend shifts as required
- Non‑managerial, non‑disciplinary role
- Reports to:
Outbound Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor - Acts as a coordination and subject‑matter role rather than people management
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years
- Minimum 2 years industry experience preferred
