Inventory Control Clerk

Job Qualifications

• Must be able to write legibly and have good math skills.
• Ability to make basic arithmetic calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Show knowledge of maintenance tools.
• Possess the ability to work effectively with others and be a team member.

• Maintain orderly arrangement of all parts and supplies, including dies, nibs, and collars.
• Safeguard inventories against theft, preventable waste, and unauthorized use.
• Maintain and process accurate inventory records (data‑entry and receiving).
• Issue parts and/or necessary tooling.
• Inspect, receive, and stock inventory as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Identify damaged inventory.
• Deliver parts and supplies to appropriate requestors when necessary.
• Recognize wrong parts and take the appropriate action to correct the problem.
• Follow instructions and work under general supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing and vendor information.

Shift: 12‑hour shift 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
