And that’s exactly who we’re looking for. At Adelmo Family Care, many seniors only need for a short part of their day - sometimes just an hour. That means you can work short, meaningful shifts that fit into your life.

• 1-hour visits: $25 per visit (flat rate)
• 2-hour visits: $35 per visit (flat rate)
• 3-4 hour visits: $15.00/hour
  Perfect for earning extra income without committing to long shifts.

Most of our caregivers didn’t start in healthcare. They came from retail, food service, factories, or stayed home to raising families. Then something clicked:

• What to look for during visits

, helping us understand how each client is really doing. Using Albert.ai, your observations help us catch small changes early and respond quickly. Even short visits provide valuable insight. What you notice matters.
