Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Briarcliff Skilled Nursing Facility, Carthage, TX – 12‑hour shifts (6am‑6pm).

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care, support the charge nurse, and deliver exceptional service to residents in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Provide personal care to residents consistently with facility policy.
• Promote and support resident independence.
• Notify supervising charge nurse of resident status at shift start and end.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed by policy.
• Observe and report resident conditions, documenting as required.
• Follow safe lifting and transfer procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting when needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Texas State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with CNA duties.
