We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents and their families.

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and wound care as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

• Hourly rate: $35 - $37 HOURLY
• Increased shift differential pay available - Up to $4hr!
