Carpenter Helper - Civil Construction - Travel Required - Carthage, TX

Optimized Process Designs is seeking Carpenter Helpers for their Carthage, Texas jobsite. These individuals will assist carpenters with various construction tasks, including layout, material selection, and structure assembly. The ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in challenging outdoor environments. Prior experience in oil and gas construction is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of civil construction
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a craftsman helper
• Ability to travel and work extended periods away from home in remote areas
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Attendance at mandatory safety meetings
• Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week
• Meet basic physical requirements: lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for up to 12 hours, climbing, stooping, crawling, twisting, reaching, and bending
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use various hand and power tools

• Previous experience in oil and gas construction
