Oilfield Laborers - 14/7 Rotation with Housing Available - Carthage, TX
This company is seeking Field Technicians to join their team in Carthage, Texas. The role involves operating company vehicles, performing equipment rig up and rig down, and troubleshooting mechanical issues in oilfield environments. Ideal candidates are experienced in oilfield operations, able to work rotational schedules, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per insurance guidelines
- Ability to work rotational and on-call schedules (14 days on/7 days off), including OT, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather
- Successful completion of pre-hire tests, including drug testing, criminal background check, and MVR review
- Previous oilfield experience
- Forklift operator experience
- Spanish/English bi-lingual skills
