Industrial Cleaners – Up to $18/hr – 14/7 Rotation – Carthage, TX
Thomas is hiring Industrial Cleaners for its Wash Bay operations in Carthage, TX. This role supports field equipment cleaning and maintenance in an oilfield environment and follows a 14/7 rotational schedule. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting, forklift use, and working outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

- Valid Class C driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Previous oilfield and forklift experience

- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotation
- Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and MVR review
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and company standards
- Experience maintaining work areas and handling rig support equipment
