JOB SUMMARY Responsible for monitoring all aspects of the Shepherd/Net Suite program while ensuring all assets are tracked incoming and outgoing from Carthage Yard.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITESResponsible for all equipment asset numbers going out or coming into the gate are documented and entered into Net Suite and Excel properly and accurately, listed with driver name, asset numbers, accessories count, ETC.Ensure all service orders (day and night) are created promptly, assigned to the correct contract, and updated accurately for every job.

Responsible for ensuring all gate log entries are entered accurately and in a timely manner.

Immediately notify manager with any issues or concerns regarding equipment, employees, trucks, or trailers before they leave the gate.

Responsible For providing employees with the proper supplies for each job, including gas monitors, safety harnesses, PPE, and other required items, ensuring all supplies are recorded on the sign-out sheet.

Responsible for stopping all 3rd party trucks incoming and outgoing to direct them where they need to go along with ensuring everyone has proper PPE while in yard. Hard hat, safety glasses, ETC.Verify that all equipment leaving the yard has an assigned asset number reporting any missing asset numbers to manager immediately.

Responsible for keeping the operations log current with the status of all jobs (pending, ongoing, completed, or canceled).Responsible for checking every truck and trailer performing a 360 walk around checking over load securement, tires, lights, and overall condition of vehicle and trailer ensuring the vehicle will be safely operated on the roadway.

Responsible for assisting employees with any issues, concerns or questions they have with Shepherd and reporting them properly if issue cannot be resolved.

Perform Other Duties as Required.

QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills required

Must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Must be self-motivated and able to direct one’s own work.

Must be able to use general office equipment (phone, copier, etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Net Suite.

Must have the ability to problem solve as unusual circumstances occur.

Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Conduct training as needed.

Must demonstrate the ability to be a high performing team player
