SLT Construction Corp is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Project Manager position to join our team in Carver, MA. Project Manager must have experience in the underground utility and sitework industry.

We specialize in site development as well as all phases of road and underground utility construction. Our expertise covers all aspects of private sector work.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review plans and specifications to thoroughly understand the scope of a project and the project-specific requirements.
  • Prepare and submit Submittals & RFI's for review.
  • Maintain Project Submittals, Change Orders, and Daily logs.
  • Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotations, review for scope compliance, and complete project buyout.
  • Monitoring budgets, costs, and schedules to support project profitability.
  • Prepare Change orders and associated cost budgets in a timely manner.
  • Attend Pre-construction and weekly job Meetings.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate and Prepare monthly schedules with the General Superintendent.
  • Prepare monthly pay applications.
  • Manage construction RFI’s submitted and received on assigned project(s).
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documents.
  • Experience in the sitework and underground utility industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and software skills, preferably in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam or Adobe. Estimating software (In-Site, B2W) experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
