Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Civil Underground Estimator in Carver, MA. You will develop accurate bids for earthwork, utilities, and site development while managing multiple estimates and conducting site visits with the operations team.
Ideal candidates have direct earthwork estimating experience, underground utilities exposure, and a track record of building full bid packages using Insite and Bid2
Win. This role includes site visits 1–2 times per week and a strong focus on profitability.
